Our Legacy
Established in 2024, MuscleUp began in a garage with one squat rack and a rusted set of plates.
We rejected the commercial gym model. No gimmicks, no inflated promises, and no wasted floor space. Just strong programming and hard work.
Today, the gym stands as a serious training base for people who care about performance, consistency, and long-term progress.

House Rules
01. Respect the Equipment
Re-rack weights, wipe benches, and leave every station better than you found it.

Form comes before load. Technical consistency beats reckless progress.
