1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Muscle Up application, website, and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Membership & Facility Usage

• Members must be at least 16 years of age to use the facility independently.
• Proper gym attire, including closed-toe athletic shoes, is required at all times.
• Members are expected to wipe down equipment after use and re-rack all weights.
• Management reserves the right to revoke membership for disruptive behavior or failure to comply with gym etiquette.

3. Payments and Billing

All membership fees are billed recursively on a monthly basis unless a prepaid annual plan is selected. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of facility access. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Liability Waiver

Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks. By using Muscle Up facilities and equipment, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Muscle Up, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or property loss sustained during your visit.

5. Class Bookings and Cancellations

Spots in group fitness classes must be reserved through the app. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. Waitlisted members will be automatically added if a spot becomes available.

6. Modifications to Service

Muscle Up reserves the right to modify operating hours, class schedules, equipment availability, and membership pricing. These Terms and Conditions may also be updated periodically; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
